If you are an active and licensed residential leasing broker in NYC we will offer you the best split in the business. You keep 90% of the leasing brokerage fees you generate, period. No fixed fees, monthly fees, transaction fees, etc.
To qualify for this position, you need a valid NY Real Estate Sales Person`s license (we have a brokerage license that you will work under). You set your own hours, source your own listings, etc. We do own and manage over 150 units in Brooklyn, and will occasionally provide some listings, but you should expect to generate your own book of business. Please be prepared to discuss the last few listings you have successfully closed. We are only looking for a few folks.
If you are interested, please send a brief description of yourself, your length of experience, and your transaction volume. We can also offer very favorable splits if you do some sales transactions.
